This policy proposal on building institutional frameworks for air quality improvement in schools aims at helping schools gather data to apply for government grants.
The proposal won a grant from the Open Foundation. The grant is used to purchase air sensors for low-income schools, which can use air quality data to substantiate and quantify their need when demonstrating need to the government.
